BRYAN R. KAZARIAN

Bryan R. Kazarian, Attorney at Law, specializes in criminal law and practices predominately in the Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties of California. Mr. Kazarian obtained his undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno while participating in the University’s football program on an athletic scholarship. Mr. Kazarian then attended Western State University College of Law in Fullerton California and earned various honors such as American Jurisprudence Awards, Cum Laude, and Dean’s List and served on the Law School’s newspaper as a Law Review honors recipient before graduating in 1990. Mr. Kazarian spent over six years as a prosecutor beginning with the Juvenile Division and ending up in the elite Gang Unit assigned to a specialized gang enforcement team. During his time as a prosecutor Mr. Kazarian spoke at high schools, community colleges and served on a city’s School Attendance Review Board for monitoring the attendance of students in local elementary and high schools.

As a prosecutor Mr. Kazarian handled high-profile cases such as white collar embezzlement, attempted murder, elder abuse/poisoning, child molestation, jewelry store take over robbery, various forms of hate crimes and of course gang crimes. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Kazarian has defended clients facing a variety of criminal statute violations such as burglary, grand theft, vandalism, vehicle theft, automotive "Chop Shop" crimes, DUI, drivers license crimes, drug possession/sales amongst others. From these forums, Mr. Kazarian has acquired a wealth of experience as a criminal attorney.

In addition, Mr. Kazarian has spearheaded the creation and administration of the Trinity Law School/Orange County Rescue Mission's partnership for the pro bono Legal Clinic and Mobile Legal Clinic. He also serves as an adjunct Professor of Law at Trinity Law School.

DAVID J. HOWELL

David J. Howell is a Criminal Defense Attorney who practices in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Los Angeles counties.  He attended UC Irvine and graduated with a Degree in Political Science in 2008. Mr. Howell received the Dean’s Scholarship to attend Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, and finished his studies in December 2012.

During law school, David worked with Bryan Kazarian at the Orange County Rescue Mission as a student Intern.  After a semester working there, he assisted in the formation and running of the Trinity Law School Mobile Legal Clinic, a program which brought free legal aid to the indigent population of Santa Ana.

After becoming a member of the California Bar Association (#289693) Mr. Howell went to work with Bryan Kazarian as a Junior Associate and has since acquired years of experience in all aspects of criminal defense.  He will thoroughly examine your case and find any and all available paths to the best resolution possible.

 

DAVID A. VENTURA

David A. Ventura is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Bryan R. Kazarian and specializes in criminal law. Mr. Ventura predominantly practices in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties.  He obtained his undergraduate degree for Political Science and Philosophy at California State University of Fullerton. Mr. Ventura then attended Trinity Law School and earned multiple American Jurisprudence Awards, served as Vice President on the Student Bar Association, and worked on Trinity Law Review until graduating in 2013. Mr. Ventura has worked with Bryan R. Kazarian since 2011 as an intern and Attorney, along with David Howell, Esq., for the Trinity Law School Mobile Legal Clinic. That clinic, in conjunction with the Orange County Rescue Mission continues to be responsible for the provision of pro-bono legal aid to homeless and indigent populations in Orange County.

As a Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Ventura has defended clients facing a variety of criminal charges which range from traffic citations all the way to serious felonies. 

In addition, Mr. Howell and Mr. Ventura created the Trinity Law School Alumni Association and are part owners of Burn Ward LLC, a multimedia corporation.

Mr. Ventura is a member of the California Bar Association (#306392) and licensed to practice in all California State Courts.

 

Dustin M. Shamburg

Dustin M. Shamburg is a Criminal Defense Attorney at The Law Offices of Bryan R. Kazarian. Mr. Shamburg practices in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties. He attended Valparaiso University in Indiana and graduated with a Degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Criminal Justice.

Mr. Shamburg then attended Trinity Law School and was ranked within the top five students in his class. He served as a Lead Articles Editor and was appointed the Editor-in-Chief for Trinity Law Review before graduating in May 2013. Mr. Shamburg worked alongside Bryan R. Kazarian, David Howell and David Ventura while implementing and offering pro-bono legal aid to Orange County’s homeless population through the Trinity Law School Mobile Legal Clinic.

 Mr. Shamburg joins the Law Offices of Bryan R. Kazarian with three years experience as an attorney who previously practiced in civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Shamburg is a member of the California Bar Association (#295678) and licensed to practice in all California State Courts.
