Nicholas A. Sense is a Criminal Defense Attorney who practices law in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Los Angeles counties. He attended Orange Coast College and received an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts in 2005. He then attended California State University Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Economics in 2007. Nicholas A. Sense earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Trinity Law School in 2021.
Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate Degree, Nicholas A. Sense worked in the insurance and health industry for 11 years. During this time, Nicholas A. Sense was a Hearing Representative for one of California’s largest Workers’ Compensation Defense Law Firms. During his 8 years at the firm, he specialized in lien resolution which earned him the reputation of a knowledgeable and skilled negotiator. Eager to further his career, Nicholas A. Sense, decided to apply to law school.
In 2018, Nicholas A. Sense began studying law at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California. While attending Trinity Law School, he worked full-time, maintained a high grade-point average, earned multiple American Jurisprudence Awards and was granted a position in Law Review as a Lead Articles Editor.
Unique to Trinity Law School is the Mobile Legal Clinic. The Mobile Legal Clinic was established by a relationship between Trinity Law School and The Orange County Rescue Mission and was created by Bryan R. Kazarian. During Nicholas A. Sense’s last semester at Trinity Law School, the Mobile Clinic’s curriculum was to alternate between The House of Hope, a woman’s shelter and the Orange County Rescue Mission’s Tustin Temporary Emergency Shelter.
Under the guidance of his Professor, Bryan R. Kazarian, Nicholas A. Sense executed a will, performed legal research to resolve numerous criminal issues and was able to dismiss a variety of cases for those he assisted. Nicholas A. Sense was profoundly impacted by those that he assisted and experienced a sense of fulfillment not achieved in the insurance sector.
Benefitted by his professor’s mentorship and armed with a new passion to help those in his community, Nicholas A. Sense began working at The Law Offices of Bryan R. Kazarian as a Legal Clerk. Upon passing the California State Bar in 2022, Nicholas A. Sense was promoted to an Associate Attorney with The Law Offices of Bryan R. Kazarian.
Nicholas A Sense is a member of the California Bar Association (#343511) and is licensed to practice in all California State Courts.
